McNish, 92 of Little Rock, passed away on January 23, 2020. He was born to the late George Henry and Annabelle Mallory McNish on March 17, 1927 in Chattanooga, Tenn. Billy was a member of St. James Methodist Church in Little Rock and enjoyed working as a Geologist for most of his life. He enjoyed oil painting and rescuing numerous dogs over his lifetime, who became his forever friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters. Billy is survived by his wife, Dorothy McNish of Little Rock, son, Steven (Pamela) McNish of Knoxville, Tenn. and step son, David (Jane) Elrod of Bryant, step daughter, Kriste Elrod and sister, Beulah Rollins, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorial Services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 10:00 a.m. Monday with burial to follow at Pine Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. before services.
