The memorial service for Beverly Huntington of Sebeka and Motley, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, at the Oylen Tabernacle in rural Verndale, with Reverend Neal Malcore presiding. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Beverly, age 77, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020, at the St. Cloud Hospital. Beverly was born to Hillman and Marian (Soder) Tronnes on July 28, 1942, at St. John’s Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Beverly was united in marriage with Raymond Huntington on December 2, 1996. They made their home in the Sebeka and Motley area. She enjoyed playing cards, dice, and watching wrestling and westerns. She had a soft spot for animals, especially cats. She was loved for her warm heart and beautiful smile. Her easy going nature, made it easy to open up to her and she didn’t make you feel judged. She will be missed by her family and friends. Beverly was preceded in death by her son from a previous marriage, Kevin; her parents Hillman and Marian; brother-in-law William Huntington, and sisters-in-law Ethel Huntington and Shirley Sidenkrantz. Surviving Beverly are her husband of 24 years Raymond; sisters-in-law Mary Jenson of Elk River, Jenive (Norman) Sand of McGrath, and Betty Potter of Hillman; brother-in-law Delbert (Catherine)Huntington of Wheaton; along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
