Annette M. (Yacapino) Suhayda, 74 of Center Twp. passed away unexpectedly on January 25, 2020. She was born August 1, 1945 in Rochester, Pa and was the daughter of the late Anthony and Ann (Sobona) Yacopino. In addition to her parents, Annette sadly was preceded in death by her first-born son, Richard Anthony Suhayda, Jr. and her youngest grandchild, Gabriel Suhayda. She was also preceded in death by her brother Richard Yacopino, sister-in-law Sue, a nephew, Marc Yacopino, her mother-in-law and father-in-law: Anthony and Jean Suhayda and a brother-in-law, George Villani. Annette was a member of Saint Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. She enjoyed taking trips to the casino to try her luck on the slot machines and spending time bowling with her friends from “Housewives Brunch.” Several years ago, Annette worked for Dr. Nadler and Dr. Zambelli in their offices. Annette was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who cherished her family and was always there for each of them in her own special way. She will be truly missed by her loving husband of 55 years, Richard Anthony Suhayda, Sr. Two beloved sons and daughters-in-law: Michael J. and Christine R. Suhayda, Gregory J. and Nicole Suhayda. Annette’s greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren, Paige Suhayda, Olivia Grace and Dominic Suhayda. The love that was given to them by their Grandma and Nana was beyond measure. Annette is also survived by a sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Joyce and Leon Klingensmith, two nieces and two nephews: Leigh Ann, Eric, Richie, and Richelle along with numerous great nieces, great nephews and her special friends from Card Club. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-7 pm in the Anthony Mastrofrancesco Funeral Home Inc. 2026 McMinn Street, Aliquippa, 15001 724-375-0496. Departing prayers will begin at 9:15 am in the funeral home on Thursday followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 am in St. Frances Cabrini Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
