Zachary “Zach”‘s Obituary Zachary “Zach” E. Truex, 26, of Goshen, died Thursday, December 19, 2019. He was born June 6, 1993 in Fridley, Minnesota. He is survived by his parents, Michael and Julia (Miller) Truex; brothers, Taylor and Matthew and grandparents, David and Nancy Truex, all of Goshen. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Leo and Darlene Miller. Zach graduated from Goshen High School in 2012 and attended Ball State University for two years. He was a warehouse manager for Jayco in Middlebury. A member of Silverwood Mennonite Church, he loved his summers at Camp Friedenswald. He helped rebuild homes in Cameron, Louisiana, while participating in Mennonite Disaster Service trips. Zach’s hobbies included golf, travel, cars and hanging out with friends. Visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2019, from 3 to 7 p.m. and 1 to 3 p.m., Friday, December 27, at Silverwood Mennonite Church. A 4 p.m. Friday, December 27, funeral service will be conducted at the church. Pastor Janice Troyer will officiate. Memorial donations may be given to Riley Hospital for Children or Camp Friedenswald. Read More
