HINERMAN, Gary R., 77, of Moundsville, W.Va., died Sunday, December 22, 2019 at home surrounded by his family. He was born March 13, 1942, in Glen Dale, W.Va. a son of the late J.T. and Melba Ruckman Hinerman. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Moundsville and a deacon for the Christian Church. He was retired from the Mobay Chemical Company. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was the past commander for the American Legion Post 3, 8 year service officer for the American Legion Post 3, President of the Moundsville Veteran’s Honor Guard, and a former member of the Moundsville Eagles. Gary was also an avid bowler and loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Toni Yarnevic Hinerman; three children, Ed (Kim) Yarnevic of Benwood, W.Va., Leigh (Dan) Kahlbaugh of Moundsville, and Renae (John) Yocum of Glen Dale; six grandchildren, Morgan, Matthew, Griffin, Emily, Patrick, and Adam; three great grandchildren, Braelynn, Greyson, and Harper; and several cousins, including Linda Markey. Friends will be received on Thursday, December 26, 2019 from 2-7 pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapels, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, where funeral services will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 11 am with Rev.
