Obituary Tadeusz A. Stanaszek, 78, residing in Granger, passed away at 4:00 am Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in Bell Tower Health & Rehab, Granger. He was born December 17, 1940 in Maków Podhalanski, Poland to the late Michaí and Anastazja (Nicieja) Stanaszek. On September 1, 1962, Tadeusz married the former Krystyna Jara, who survives. In addition to his loving wife of 57 years, he is survived by a daughter, Eva (Mike) Pavolko of Mishawaka; and grandchildren, Megan and Benjamin Pavolko. Tadeusz earned a master’s degree in biology and was employed as a teacher in Poland. He was a long-time member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Granger. Private memorial services for Mr. Stanaszek will be held. He will be laid to rest at a later date in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.
