Obituary Hoover, Stephen Lloyd Stephen Lloyd Hoover passed away peacefully due to prostate Cancer on November 24, 2019. Stephen was born September 6, 1960 in Baltimore. Preceeded in death by his parents Robert and Ruth Hoover, Sisters Ruth Hart, and Marjorie Lerp, and brother Robert Hoover and a nephew Howard Lerp. Stephen worked at Best Western BWI airport in Elkridge for 30+ yrs and enjoyed Nascar, The Beach, Traveling, Camping, Boating and the Outdoors. He is survived by his best friend and Caretaker Esther Winkler and her children Rob Coombs, Brittany Rogers, Jennifer Coombs, Dena and Dana Coombs, 3 Nieces Kathy Shanholtzer and Daughter Tara Pouska, Robin Carroll, Husband Ed children Ryan and Meghan, and Amanda Stevens Husband Mike and children Payton and Max, and a Nephew Jimmy Hart Wife Jenn and children Liam and Dylan, and his coworkers Dawn, Tina, Mary, Kathy and Jim and his two dogs Maddie and Abby.
