Ethel M. Smith passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019. She was a devoted housewife who loved her family. She enjoyed spending time with her four dogs, and playing a good game of bingo. Ethel was a lifetime Massillon resident, born September 21, 1968 to Robert and Lourine Parr. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two brothers. Ethel is survived by her beloved husband, Charles Smith; two step-sons; two step-duaghters; five step-grandchildren; one brother; two sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. In honoring her wishes, Ethel will be cremated and there will be no formal services. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday November 9, 2019 at 11:00am at First Church of the Nazarene, 1523 Lincoln Way NW, Massillon, Ohio..
