Phillip’s Obituary Phillip Wayne Delph was born on March 26, 1950 in Hyden, Kentucky; the son of the late Howard Delph and Jean Smith Delph. He was united in marriage to Brenda Lockaby Delph who survives of London, Kentucky. He is also survived by three children, Tameka Chadwell of London; Charle Samarin of Berea, Kentucky; and Jordan Hammack of Lexington, Kentucky; six siblings, Curtis, Gary and Calvin Delph; Darlene Helton, Joan Whittemore and Barbara Peters; five grandchildren, Lexi, Audrey, Hudson Samarin; Jaclynn, Kaylee and Chadwell; two grandchildren, Tylen and Parker Delph; plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by a son, Jerry Phillip Delph. Phillip was a heavy equipment operator. Phillip Wayne Delph departed this life on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 being 69 years, 7 months and 25 days of age.
