Penny’s Obituary Penny Lynn Casarez was born September 13, 1953 in Whitley County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Bob Dale and Estella Barton Lay. She was united in marriage to Armando Casarez who survives. She is also survived by: two daughters, Anna Hoskins and husband Greg of Corbin, and Amanda Harrison and husband Vincent of London; two sisters, Bonnie Miller and husband Ronald of Corbin, and Patsy Richardson and husband Richard of Williamsburg; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. In addition to her parents, she was all preceded in death by one child, Jodie Dickson, six brothers and four sisters. She was a nurse, and a member of Calvary Worship Center in London.
