Luana’s Obituary Luana Gayle “Wannie” Strader, 69, of Alma, MO, died Friday, November 22, 2019 at Northland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Kansas City. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Concordia with Rev. Jerry Curry officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to family choice and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com Born October 21, 1950 in Carrollton, she was the daughter of the late Robert Edwin Walker and Helen Lightfoot Walker who survives of Alma. Luana was raised in the Carrollton area where she was a 1968 graduate of Carrollton High School. She worked as a customer service representative for the Naught-Naught Agency in Concordia until her retirement in 2016. Luana was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Blackburn where she taught Sunday school as well as served on the church board. In addition to her mother, Helen; survivors include three children: Eric Duvall (Jackie) of Blue Springs, Erin Duvall (Jessica) of Grain Valley and Ashley Boehmer (Nick) of Alma; seven grandchildren: Alec, Aly Jo, Silas, Bre and Livie Duvall, Chayse and Izzy Boehmer; one brother, Robert “Eddie” Walker Jr. of Montgomery City; two sisters, Diana Cannon (Richard Keith) of Leawood, KS and Barbara Furry of Cottonwood, AZ; as well as several nieces and nephews.
