Edith Inez Kimsey Youngblood Mrs. Edith Inez Kimsey Youngblood age 88 of Easy Street, Toccoa passed away Thursday November 21, 2019 at her residence. A daughter of the late Theodore and Elsie McIntyre Kimsey, she was born May 8, 1931 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all of her life.
