Obituary Dedra Wincher, age 50, went to be with the Lord November 10, 2019 in a Texarkana hospital. Dedra was born September 11, 1969 in Wharton, Texas to Dennis and Carole Clements. She was a natural caregiver and loved people. She loved to study the Bible and she loved her little dog, “Noosa”. She was preceded in death by her brother, Zack Clements and two grandchildren, Miracle Harper, Blaydn Morgan and many other loved ones.
