Obituary Connie Marie Eaton, 70, passed away on November 8, 2019 at her Ordway home. She was born on December 21, 1948 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Wilmer & Louise (O’Brien) Heath. Connie spent her early years in various places including Alaska and Arizona. She met her husband Olin in Scottsdale and they were married there in 1989. Connie and Olin owned and operated Rainbow Balloon Flights for many years and very much loved flying hot air balloons.
