Obituary Clinton Monroe Keener, age 77, of Bivins, Texas went to be with the Lord Monday, November 4, 2019 at his residence. Monroe was born July 18, 1942, in Cass County, Texas to Mack and Lillie Mae Keener. He was the retired owner of Keener Garbage Service; attended Cross Creek Cowboy Church and served in the United States Army. He loved spending time outdoors fishing and gardening.
