Charles Lowe, 70, of Peoria passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. He was born on February 6, 1949 in Forest City, ARK to Jim Lowe and Rosie Hines. Charles loved to race cars, was a very people oriented, and loved to create a loving atmosphere for those around him especially family and friends. Visitation services for Charles will be Friday, November 22, 2019 at T.W.
