Bessie Comer December 13, 1950 – November 17, 2019 Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Bessie “Cookie” Comer, age 68, passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Cookie was born on Dec. 13, 1950 to her parents the late Adam Damron and June Damron Goff. She was the wife of James “Squeak” Comer, a member of First Baptist Church of Pikeville, and a retired maintenance director at the Pike County Courthouse. Along with her parents, Cookie was preceded in death by two brothers, Buck and Bill Damron, and one sister, Lucille Damron Fronto. Along with her husband, Cookie is survived by one daughter, Angie (Don) Comer Pack, one sister, Arthur “Sue” Damron, two grandchildren, Kamren (Brandon) Pack Feltner, Conner Pack, one great grandson, Karson Brady Feltner, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the R.H. Ratliff Mausoleum at Shelbiana, Ky.
