Jeanette Haddock Jackson of Waynesboro, TN, formerly of Collinwood, TN, was born August 24, 1946 in Wayne County, TN, the daughter of the late James Howard and Veda Dixon Haddock. She was united in marriage to Johnny Thomas Jackson and he preceded her in death on August 9, 2003. Mrs. Jackson was a retired CNA and attended the Cornerstone Church in Collinwood, Tennessee and departed this life on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 73 years, 2 months and 27 days. She is survived by two daughters, Linda Rushing and husband, Mike of Iron City, TN and Michelle Pigg and husband, Chris of Collinwood, TN; grandchildren, Allison, fiancee’, Darren, Tiffany, husband, Jordan, Erin, husband, Daniel, Brandie, Kayla, fiancee’, Brandon, Latosha, fiancee’, Brandon; and Sabastin; great-grandchildren, Brylee, Aly, Addilynn, Jessie, Silas, Peyton, Sam, Kambria, Decklyn, Keaston, Brayden, Paisley, Addie and Huntley; a brother, Jerry Haddock and wife, Marie of Collinwood, TN; a sister, Brenda Dickey and fiancee’, Freddie Adams of Cypress Inn, TN; two nieces and one nephew. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by a son, Junior Jackson; a granddaughter, Bronica Jackson and a brother-in-law, Ronnie Dickey. Services will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Brant Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Butler Grove Cemetery, Iron City (Wayne County), Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family. Visitation will be Friday, November 22, 2019 from 5:30 pm to 9 pm and Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 11 am to service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Freddie Adams, Dewayne Dickey, Jeff McWilliams, Daniel Caperton, Jordan Scogin, Brandon Keeton and Aaron Nard.
