Willie Ray’s Obituary Willie Ray Brooks III, age 42, died suddenly on September 26, 2019. Born in Cambridge, MD, Willie Ray was a longtime resident of Morton where he lived with his loving family. He was the husband of Holly Grossi Brooks and father to RJ, Payton, and Jordan Brooks. Willie Ray worked in property maintenance for the Henderson Group and was a parishioner of Nativity B.V.M. in Media, PA. He was a loving father who loved to be outside with his three boys whether they were fishing, boating, or playing sports. In addition to his wife and sons, Willie Ray is survived by his parents, Willie Ray Brooks II and Lori Murphy Turner. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, October 5th, 10:30 a.m. at Nativity B.V.M. (30 E. Franklin St., Media PA). Friends and family may call from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to “Brooks Education Fund” for Ray’s 3 Sons.
