James N. Morris, Sr., 74, of North Pekin, passed away at 8:10am Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at his home. He was born December 28, 1944 in Peoria to James William and Mary Josephine Agatucci Morris. He married Lily Jean Angle in December 1983; she survives. Also surviving are his children, James N. Morris, Jr., Kenneth Lee Morris, and Christian Morris; step-children, Andrea J. (Michael) Storm, Monique J. (Otis) Burge, and Chad A. Morris; his brother, LeRoy Morris; and his beloved dog, Boss. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, an infant and George J. and Donald A. Morris. Jim was a welder at Caterpillar for many years, retiring in 1994. He loved his dogs and riding Harleys. Private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to TAPS in Pekin.
