Walt Swiniuchowski December 16, 1952 – October 14, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Walt Swiniuchowski, 66, passed away Monday, October 14, 2019 at the Samaritan Hospice facility in Mt. Holly after a long battle against Multiple System Atrophy. Born in Trenton, NJ he graduated from Hamilton High West and Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City, MI. He retired from Princeton University as a Stationary Engineer after working at US Steel as a boiler operator. He was an avid traveler (even hitchhiking to Hawaii and wintering on a beach), an EAGLES fan and a saltwater fisherman. He loved the Blues (as well as rock from the 60s and 70s) listening as he rebuilt a Sunbeam sports car. Walt was also a Formula 1 fan for over forty years. Walt is survived by his wife Anna, his two sons: Chris and Jason and their dogs- Henry and Seymour. A Memorial Service will be held 11 am Saturday, November 2 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Friends may call Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm and again on Saturday morning from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
