Virginia Lee Tomlin Funeral Services for Virginia Lee Tomlin of El Reno will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 10, 2019 in the Crossbridge Church. Rev. Mark Fryar will officiate. Interment will be in Resthaven Cemetery in Oklahoma City, OK. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home. Mr. Tomlin passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019 in the Grace Living Center, with her family by her side. She was born on April 6, 1928 in Lawrence County, Kentucky. Virginia came to Oklahoma in 1978 and has resided here since. She had worked for many different Nursing Homes including Grace Living Center. She was a member of the Nazarene Church. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents: Frank & Rachel (Johnson) Layne Her Husband Lewis Tomlin & a infant Son Danny Tomlin. Brother Sam Layne and Sister: Goldie Layne. She is survived by 4 Sons: Roger & wife Becky Tomlin of El Reno, OK. Randy & wife Linda Tomlin of Cookson, OK. Rickey & wife Kathy Tomlin of Vian, OK. Ronnie & wife Sandi Tomlin of El Reno, OK. 3- Daughters: Patty Zimmer of Chickasha, OK. Phyllis Tomlin & Mary Williams both of El Reno, OK. Numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Though Virginia loved her family she was so tired and prayed daily for God to take her to her heavenly home. So it is with a heavy heart we say goodbye and also rejoice that she is now wrapped in the arms of God and reunited with so many loved ones. We Love you momma you will always be in our hearts.
