Vaughn’s Obituary Vaughn Martin, 72, of Wills Point, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019 in Tyler, TX. Those left behind with cherished memories of Vaughn are his brothers, Charles Martin of Red Oak, Paul and wife Ginger Martin of Rowlett; niece, Jennifer and husband Keith Wilson of McKinney; nephew, Zachary and wife Meghan Martin of College Station; great nephew David Wilson, and great niece Carolynn Wilson. Vaughn was born and resided in Wills Point most of his life. A 1965 graduate of Wills Point High School where he excelled in track and later received a BS in Biology from East Texas State University of Commerce. He was of the Baptist faith. He was employed by Terrell State Hospital and taught in Fruitvale ISD and Wills Point ISD. Later in life a carpenter and craftsman. Vaughn enjoyed fishing, gardening and everything outdoors. A Visitation Service will be held in Vaughn’s honor from 4 PM to 6 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Allan Fuller Funeral Home.
