Thomas Toy Miller age 82, of Smithville passed away October 21, 2019 at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital. He was born November 27, 1936 to his parents the late Toy Alford and Nannie Mae Arnold Miller. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, James and Doris Miller; and a sister, Jessie Mai Miller. Mr. Miller worked at Powermatic for years and he was a member and a Deacon at Mt. Pisgah Freewill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Billie Ann Miller of Smithville, sons, Jeff (Myra) Miller, Randal Miller, and Russell (Selena) Miller; daughter, Shana Miller; sister, Betty Jean (John) Atnip; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will by Thursday October 24, 2019 at 1PM with Bro. Danny Bandy officiating and burial to follow in Banks Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday at 1:PM until 8PM and on Thursday 10:AM until the time of the service at 1:PM. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
