Obituary YORK- Thomas Richard Stover, 76, died on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at his residence. He was the husband of Lynda Ann (Ferree) Stover to whom he was married for 49 years. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York with the Reverend Eddie D.D. Miller officiating. A visitation will be from 1-1:30 p.m. prior to the service.
