Steven M. Rice, age 65, of Leicester passed away on Saturday October 19, 2019 at his home. He was born in Warsaw, New York on September 27, 1954 a son to Florence L. (Irwin) Rice of Perry and the late Thomas B. Rice. He was a 1972 graduate of Perry Central School. Steve worked almost 40 years as a farmer working for his family farm Parkview Farms , as well as Butler Farms and helped out many other farmers in the area when in need.
