You can’t control what comes knocking on your door, but Steve has shown us that you hold the power to choose what you do once you let it in. Despite the hardship he faced from a young boy up until age 62, Steve turned it into strength. His mission in life was to build a beautiful, unbreakable foundation for his family that would extend far beyond the day he would leave the earth. Nothing could stop him from that. This started when Steve refused to leave a Cliffside Park bus stop until a beautiful stranger agreed to let him drive her home. She later went on to become his most amazing wife, Judy, and they had their favorite twin children, Jade Ann and Steven Ray. He used his never-give-up attitude to build three businesses to provide his family with the best life — A1Luxury Bathrooms, Tringali Construction, and even a very unexpected picture framing business. Steve’s dedication to his faith was unparalleled, which one could immediately tell from his extravagant handcrafted wooden Jesus lawn signs, his happy face greeting people at church, and his open arms to strangers even at Christmas dinner. His dedication to golf was also unparalleled, but he’d rather us not share his lacking credentials. His love for sports, especially the Yankees, drove him to become a coach where he was able to touch the lives of many. Steve put his twins through college, encouraging them every step of the way as they launched their careers. Even when cancer unexpectedly came into his body, the support for children and cancer-warrior wife was unmoved. Steve fearlessly chose to set himself free from cancer and care after years of fighting once he made sure every single little detail was in order for his family. Steve left this world in grace on October 21st, showing his family and friends that strength can overcome any mountain. Steve has finally been reunited with his father (Tom), mother (Ann), three baby triplet angels, and his loyal furry friends (Spanky, Deja, Benjamin). His strength and spirit forever lives on through his wife, kids, cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Steve’s self-planned Celebration is scheduled for Friday, October 25th. Visiting Hours 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations are requested for MetroChurch 202 Squaw Brook Road, North Haledon, N.J. 07508 would be appreciated in Steven’s memory.
