Stephen Wesley Shafer died peacefully at the U of M Hospital in Minneapolis surrounded by his family on September 1, 2019. Stephen was born on August 19, 1940 in Menomonie, WI. He spent the first part of his childhood in Washington state and eventually going to school and graduating from Colfax, Wisconsin.
