Sheila’s Obituary Sheila Kathleen Fracassi, 65, of Bismarck passed away October 26,2019. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 1, 11:00 AM, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck. There will be no visitation, cremation has taken place. Burial will be held on Friday, November 1, at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck. Sheila, daughter of Ann Fetzer and the late Albert W Fetzer was born April 21, 1954. Sheila was the oldest of three children. She graduated from Bismarck High School in 1974 and went on to attend Bismarck Junior College. She married Leonard “Lenny” Fracassi in September 1974. They had three children Angela, Gina & Michael. Sheila recently retired from the State of North Dakota from the Department of Human Services as a claims processor. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her four beautiful grandchildren. She is survived by her mother Ann Fetzer, her daughter Angela (Brandon) Willard, Gina (Mike Geiger) Fracassi, grandchildren; Ben, Livvy, Frankie and Taylor and her special dog Bailey, her two sisters Kim (Clarence) Kuntz, Lisa (Loren) Black, sister-in-law Nancy (Tom) Dietz, three brothers-in-law Denny (Anita) Fracassi, Tom (Becky) Fracassi and John (Rhonda) Fracassi, a very special aunt Ardell Schon and many nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her father Albert, her son Michael, former husband Leonard, mother and father-in-law Leonard and Dolly Fracassi, and sister-in-law Peggy McMenamy. Read More
