Sarah’s Obituary Sarah Lou Crowder, age 81, lifelong resident of Madisonville, TN went to her heavenly home Tuesday October, 8, 2019. She passed peacefully while at home surrounded by the love of her family. Born September, 15, 1938, a daughter of Arthur and Vana Mae Raper. She grew up in Madisonville where she also met the love of her life Glen Crowder. Glen and Sarah married in 1960. They celebrated 59 years of marriage on January 2, 2019. Sarah was a wonderfully devoted wife and mother raising 4 children and a loving mamaw to 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Sarah greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and researching her and Glen’s ancestors and family history. She took pride in being a Christian woman and always stood strong in her faith. Camping with her children and grandchildren and going on wagon trains were some of Sarah’s favorite pastimes. Loved ones that passed on before Sarah are her parents; her son Robin “RB” Crowder; her son-in-law Jarvis Prock. Loved ones who will miss Sarah until they meet again are her loving husband Glen Crowder; her son Ricky Crowder; her daughter and son-in-law Glenda and Donnie Robinson; her daughter Velvet Prock; her grandson and his wife Jeff and Tabitha Prock; her grandson and his fiancè Trent Prock and Chistina Hawk; her granddaughter and her husband Julia and Ethan Dwyer; her great grandson and his wife Jay and Brittany Prock; her great grandson Cody Prock; her great granddaughters Bailey Prock, Bella Prock, Aubrey Prock and Davie Cate Dwyer; her great great grandsons Jackson Prock and Sonny Prock. Funeral 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 11, Biereley-Hale Chapel. Interment 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Eleazar Cemetery.
