Ronald “Ron”‘s Obituary Ronald “Ron” W. Snowden, 68, of Austin, IN, passed away at 6:55 PM on Monday, October 14, 2019 at his home. Born March 27, 1951 in Scottsburg, IN, he was the son of Roscoe Irvin and Aileen Snowden. Ron worked at Morgan Foods and also worked as a mechanic. He loved working on and building cars. He also enjoyed playing his guitar in his younger days. Ron was a United States Army Veteran and was honorably discharged on December 6, 1970. He was in the class of 1970 at Scottsburg High School. Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Snowden of Panama City, FL,and 2 grandchildren, Devon and Landon Howard. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruby Bowling and a brother, Tommy Snowden. A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Austin, IN. Funeral services were entrusted to Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory.
