Obituary Flintstone, MD – Ronald “Ron” Thomas Jeffrey, 74, of Flintstone, MD, formerly of Frostburg, MD, peacefully passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with Dementia.
