Richard’s Obituary Mr. Richard W. Lilie Jr, 47, of Wentzville. His life was tragically taken, on October 17, 2019, in St. Louis, MO. He was born on January 4, 1972, in St. Louis, MO, the child of Richard Lilie Sr and Mary Agnes (Grace) Lilie. After attending the local schools, Richard worked a series of jobs, then finding his niche as a St. Louis cab driver. He enjoyed being on the move, meeting new people and traveling the city. Over the years he made many friends with both fellow cab drivers and customers alike. When Richard was not working, he could be found with his family and friends. They were always his first priority and his happiest times were spent with them. Though Richard’s passing was tragic, his life was filled with laughter, kindness and love. He will be remembered for his amazing attributes and compassion. Richard is survived by his Beloved daughter, Heather Lilie of Troy, his siblings: Kim Fogle of Bowling Green, MO, Sherry Brookshire-Kulp of Texas, Danny Kulp of Troy, 2 nephews: Daniel Kulp Jr., and Justin Kulp, as well many other relatives and friends.
