Bluefield, WV- Richard “Rick” Wayne Anderson, 66, of Bluefield, WV, died Wednesday September 4, 2019 at his home. Born May 22, 1953 in Bluefield, WV, he was a son of the late Mervin Gale Anderson and Peggy Dove Anderson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a Certified Public Accountant, in business for over 30 years at Anderson & Lawless, CPA. Rick was a big outdoorsman and was an avid fisherman. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Merv Anderson and Denny Anderson. Survivors include three children, Stephen Anderson, Keri Medlar, and Megan Anderson; siblings, Susan Tolliver and Jeff Anderson; four grandchildren, Brianna Anderson, Hannah Mann, Haleigh Mann, and Emmett Mann; devoted friend, Janet Collins; and business partner, Mark Lawless. In accordance with Rick’s wishes, there will be no services and he will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
