Rhiannon Mae Collins, of Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Community Health South. She was 30. Rhiannon was born June 27, 2019 in Beech Grove, Indiana, a daughter of Patrick E. McGovern and Pepper Jo (Pangburn) Collins. Rhiannon attended Emmerick Manuel High School and was a member of the graduating Class of 2007. She enjoyed being outdoors, cooking, coloring and being with her friends and family. She especially enjoyed kidding and aggravating her niece, Dani. Rhiannon was an organ donor and helped save two lives through her gift of life. Rhiannon is survived by her mother, Pepper Jo Collins; her sons, Ryan Stapp, Marlo Stapp, Gannon Collins, Michael Love and Camden Henderson; her sisters, Amber (Pangburn) Overley and Kassie Oskins; her brothers, Chris Voris and Joe Klein; a niece, Dani Overley; a nephew, Bryan Epley as well as several cousins and many friends. She is preceded in passing by a brother Daniel ‘DJ’ Collins and her sister, Taylor Oskins. A Memorial Service for Rhiannon will be held at the convenience of the family.
