Penny Hetzel, 59 Penny Hetzel, 59, of Pinehurst, Idaho, passed away October 12, 2019 at her home. She was born on April 10, 1960 in Pocatello, Idaho; Penny was the daughter of Glen Wheeler and Delpha (Williams) Pennington. Penny attended and graduated from the Kellogg High School class of 1978. After graduation Penny moved around the Pacific North West working several jobs before retiring as a secretary for the State of Washington. In her free time Penny enjoyed socializing and playing video games. Penny is survived by her mother Delpha Pennington; her step-father Wayne Pennington; children Billy “Jay” Hetzel and Sara “Ann Marie” Hetzel; three sisters Susan (Ken) Zeitz, Margie Kern and Patti Pennington Kromer; three step-sisters Pam Simms, Cheryl Shelley, Tammi Moore and one step-brother Terry Pennington. She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Penny was preceded in death by her father Glen Wheeler and two brothers Del Lou Wheeler and Wayne Pennington Jr. Cremation will take place and no services will be held at this time.
