Obituary of Paula A. Cipro BATAVIA – October 17, 2019. Paula is predeceased by her parents Louis Assenato & Leaburn (Marrs) Wilcox & Alan Cipro. She is survived by her son, Christian Cipro; siblings, Michael (Jennifer Daley) Assenato, Mark (Margaret) Assenato, Mary Assenato Yatteau, Shawn (Shannon) Wilcox; step-mother, Marilyn Assenato, special friend, Patrick Austin; several nieces & nephews. Paula’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Monday, October 21st, 10AM at Holy Ghost Church, 220 Coldwater Rd., followed by her burial in Holy Ghost Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to NAMI Rochester, 320 Goodman St. N., Rochester, NY 14607 in her memory. Paula was born in February of 1968 to Louis M. Assenato and Lea burn Marrs. She grew up in the Batavia area, attended Jackson Rd. Elementary and Batavia Highschool. She played little league baseball when she was young and later, basketball and softball. After Highschool, Paula went to R.B.I. where she received her Associates Degree. Paula loved music. She enjoyed going out to local venues and listening to different bands. She became a strong advocate for Autism after her son, Christian was diagnosed. She did everything in her power to assist Christian and provide the best path in life possible for him.
