Patricia Ruth Coslow, age 56, of Madison, Tennessee, passed on to heaven to be with the Lord and her husband on Thursday, October 10, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, J.C. William and Annie Ruth Klingenburg; husband of 34 years, William E. Coslow Sr.; one sister, Betty Jo Kroth; one grandson, TJ Adams; one great grandchild, Hailie White. She is survived by two sons, Justin Coslow, William Coslow Sr. (Christy); three daughters, Sabra LaCourt (Joseph), Leah Adams (Terry), Andrea Kearney (David); two brothers, Bobby Klingenburg, Jimmy Don Klingenburg; one sister, Betty Mauldin; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Patricia was an amazing person and cared for her family dearly and loved spending time with the family children. She was considered a great cook and always cooked family meals during the holidays. When not spending time with family she enjoyed watching Big Brother, The Young and Restless and Yellowstone on TV. She will be missed by all those who knew her and loved her. Service time is pending and will be announced once finalized.
