He was at home surrounded by his loving family and friends after a long battle with cancer. Born December 23, 1960, in Benton, Mississippi, Noble was the seventh of ten children born to Mallie Lee and Henrietta Bell-Fisher. He lived in Jackson most of his life. Noble entered eternity on October 9, 2019. Noble was a product of the Jackson Public School District, and was a graduate of Callaway High School. Noble was a proud Charger and never missed an opportunity to show his Charger pride! Noble was preceded in death by his father: Mallie Lee, mother: Henrietta Bell-Fisher, and brother: Earnest (Maine) Fisher. Noble leaves to cherish his memories eight siblings: Lealve Fisher of Jackson, MS., Robert Bell of Rockford, Ill., Yvonne (Homer) Chambers, John Fisher, Diane (Rayphail) Henderson, Melinda Brandon, Isabella (George) Thomas, and Bonnie (Danny) Grant., all of Jackson, MS., a special friend, Barbara Thomas, a special sister, in love, Earnest (Jean) Fisher, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
