Mike’s Obituary Mike Jones, 55 of Ida, Louisiana passed away on October 27, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Line Creek Baptist Church, in Ida, Louisiana, officiated by Rev. Wayne Adams and Bro. Leymoin Wiggins. Burial will follow at Mooringsport Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mooringsport, Louisiana. There will be a time of visitation from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, October 29th at Gorsulowsky Funeral Home in Vivian, Louisiana. Mike was born on May 22, 1964 in Shreveport, LA to Tommy and Yvonne Jones. He lived in this area all of his life and was a member of Line Creek Baptist Church. Mike worked as a compressor technician for Aim in Bossier City, LA. He loved to hunt and fish, but most of all his loved his children dearly. He is preceded in death by his sister Pamela Jones. He is survived by his parents, Tommy Jones Sr. and wife Yvonne of Ida, LA, and his four children, Ross Jones, Nicholas Jones, Julie Jones, and Colby Jones, one brother, Tommy Jones Jr. of Ida, Louisiana, and several cousins, aunts and uncles. Pallbearers will be Calvin Jones, Buck Jones, Dillon Maloney, Steve Jones, Larry Jo Eggleston, and Patrick Maloney. Read More
