He was born July 1, 1968 in Oakridge, TN to Roy Burrell and Elaine Choate. He served in the US Air Force. Survivors include: his wife; Aslyn Burrell of the home, five children; Lorrine Burrell, Joshua Burrell, Elizabeth Riggins (Robert), Zachary Burrell, and Addison Hughes, mother; Betty Knight Choate, four siblings; Blane Burrell (Pam), Pat Burrell-Neesmith, Carla Burrell, and Joshua Tucker, and six grandchildren; Carson Burrell, Paisley Burrell, Easton Riggins, Noah Andrews, Anthony Sanchez, and Avery Sanchez. He was preceded in death by his father; Roy Burrell, and step-father; Virgil Choate.
