Obituary Oldtown, MD – Michael George Carney, 70, of Oldtown, MD, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019. Born April 7, 1949, in Cumberland, MD, Mr. Carney was the son of June (Smith) Carney of LaVale, and the late George Carney. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents: Lydia and Brook Smith; and George and Loretta Carney.
