Mary E. Perry-McDaniel (Billy) was born on August 8, 1943 in Birmingham, AL to the late Richard and Dulcie Norris-Perry. Mary accepted Christ at an early age and served faithfully in the church. God saw that it was time to call Mary home on Friday, October 18, 2019. She attended A.H. Parker High School. Mary gave birth to her only son, Wimberly Hardrich. She later moved to Lorain, Ohio and married her loving husband, the late Willie McDaniel. Mary was proceeded in death by her sister, JoAnn Crumb, and 6 brothers, Sylvester Perry, Ulysses Perry, John Perry, Louis Perry, Lovell Perry, and Richard Perry Jr. Mary leaves to cherish her precious memories her son, Wimberly Hardrick (Carla), of Birmingham, AL; 3 step daughters Cynthia Green, of Birmingham, AL, Deborah Johnson and Stephanie Morgan; 2 step sons, Eric and Willie Jr.; brother, Willie Richard Perry (Eliza) of Detroit, MI; sisters, Barbara Underwood, of Romulus, MI; Helen Perry and Deloris Perry-Collier, of Birmingham, AL; 3 grandchildren, LaChandra Bell, Christian Hardrich and RayShawn Hardrich of Birmingham, AL; and a host of grandchilden, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and loving friends. Friends may call Saturday, November 2, 2019 in the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 3900 Clifton Ave, Lorain. From 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Bishop Peter Tower, Eulogy and Chaplin Isaac Neil Horton will officiate. Burial will be in New Grace Hill Memory Gardens, Birmingham, Alabama.
