Marian’s Obituary Marian M. Franco, 91, of Easton, PA, passed away on October 15, 2019 in Gracedale Nursing Home. Marian was born in Bethlehem, PA, a daughter of the late Russell and Esther (Krause) Davis. Marian was married to Ignazio “Whitey” J. Franco until his passing in 1989. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Ambassador Club, Golden Age, Mother Cabrini and the Senior Circle. She was also a member of the Sacred Heart Sodality of St. Anthony’s Church, where she was past President and Vice President and awarded the Sacred Heart Woman of the year award. Marian is survived by a brother Russel Davies and wife Clarice of Matthews, NC; nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her sisters Dorothea Davies who died at birth, Kathryn Groner, Ruth Musselman, and Lucille Dalmas. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 pm in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Pen Argyl, PA. Contributions in Marian’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or to the Center for Animal Health and Welfare, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton, PA 18042.
