Mrs. Larey was born December 15, 1928 in Corley, Texas. She was a private caregiver and homemaker. She was a member of Pisgah Baptist Church of Fouke, Arkansas. Ludie was preceded in death by her husband Alvin E. ( Bud) Larey , three brothers: Brandon B.H. Higgins, Leon H. Higgins and Audrey Elmo Higgins, two children: Edna Elaine Roberts and Roger Curtis Larey, nine step children: A.E. Larey Jr. (Son), Durwood Larey, Bertha Stephens, Woodrow Larey, Thurman Larey, Thelma Cooper, Melba Templeton, Robert Larey, Vernon Larey, and four grandchildren Tony Vennard, Christopher Fultz, Blake Bohn, and Rex Larey. She is survived by her children: Allene Ferguson, husband Dwight, Jimmy Larey, wife Connie, Doug Larey wife Darlene, Kandy Power, husband Ricky Power, Mark Larey, wife Naomi, Tom Vennard and Sam Perry, all of Fouke, Ar. Grandma has 21 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, 34 great -great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Monday, Oct 28. from 6pm-8pm. Services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019 at 2pm. Visitation and services will be at Texarkana Funeral Home 3515 Texas Blvd. Texarkana, Texas 75503 with Doug Larey and George Goynes officiating. Burial will follow at Fouke Cemetery. The family will be at the home of Kandy and Ricky Power, 22490 Hwy 71 Fouke, Ark. Print Obituary
