Obituary Linda Sue Wise, age 59, of Bybee, TN, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2019. She was a member of First Christian Church in Newport. She was employed by the Cocke County Sherriff’s Department prior to her disability. Linda loved to crochet, make candy, cook and can food. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mikie Wise, parents, Josephine and Charlie Blanchard.
