Obituary L. Leon Foltz, 92, of Speedway, IN died on Tuesday, October 22, 2019. Born February 16, 1927, he was the son of Paul and Hazel Walther Foltz of rural Clinton in Vermilion County IN who preceded him in death. Leon attended Purdue University and served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. He married Freda Sidenbender in Paris, IL on September 21, 1952. He served as City Clerk of the City of Paris for 7 1/2 years when he resigned to work for General Telephone Co. of IL.
