Lawrence Chester Lepley, 62, of Meyersdale, PA, went to be with the Lord Sunday, October 20, 2019, at UPMC-Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Born March 17, 1957, in Meyersdale, he was the son of the late Galen and Laverne (Siefert) Lepley. He was also preceded in death by his step-mother, Ruth (Maust) Lepley. Mr. Lepley was a truck driver and a member of the Grace Independent Bible Church, Meyersdale. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann (Patton) Lepley; four sons, Christopher (Gina) Lepley, Ridgeley, WV; Brandon (Shannon) Lepley, Meyersdale; Zachary (girlfriend, Carley) Lepley, Cumberland, MD; Aaron (Marissa) Lepley, Meyersdale; three brother, Dwight “Butch” Lepley, Paul Lepley and Rodney Berkley, all of Meyersdale; four sisters, Mary Elizabeth Gardner, Baltimore, MD; Esther Friend, Venice, FL; Carol Ann Ohler, Meyersdale; Susan Allman, Akron, OH; and 10 grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Home, Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Hwy., Salisbury, PA, on Wednesday from 9-11 a.m., 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Tom Horner officiating.
