Kirk A. “Hoot” Douglas, age 48 passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on October 25, 2019 at his home in Lancaster, WI. Kirk was born November 10, 1970 in Monroe, WI the son of Albert and Margie (Thomas) Douglas. He graduated from Darlington High School in 1988 and later went on to graduate from Southwest Technical College in Fennimore, WI after completing the All-Around Butcher program.
