On Saturday, August 31, 2019, Kenneth Richard Matson, loving husband, father, and grandfather, was tragically taken from his family at the age of 63. “Ken” or “Kenny” was born in Mason City, Iowa on August 30, 1956. He married Kathy Laney Matson on June 6, 1978, and together they raised three sons. Ken served in the United States Air Force from September 12, 1975 to March 31, 1996 when he retired as a Senior Master Sergeant.
